
The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) is a professional organization dedicated to promoting a positive understanding of community associations and the contribution of professional management services in the development, establishment and maintenance of high-quality, will-managed neighborhoods. Founded in 2003 by management groups looking to positively impact their profession, AACM now includes more than 40 of the leading community management companies in Arizona as well as more than 175 affiliate partners who provide a variety of services to Arizona communities. Representing management companies that serve more than 770,000 Arizona households, AACM is the leading information resource for legislators and community managers regarding homeowners association and management issues.

AACM was established to improve the professionalism in the management of Arizona Communities and is committed to raising the level of community care in Arizona trough on-going education and proactive support. The Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) education program provides the only Arizona-specific professional certification for community managers, which has educated and certified more than 300 community mangers, creating a network of professionals dedicated to properly serving Arizona residents. By offering certified training to community mangers, as well as enforcing ethics compliance, AACM provides homeowners living in Arizona communities with confidence that their property value will be maintained.
America's advocate for responsible communities Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms, and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations. Working closely with our 58 state, regional and local chapters nationwide, we bring together experts to provide the latest information on community association management and governance. We serve our members with books, seminars and workshops, research, continuing education and periodicals, including Common Ground magazine and specialized newsletters on community association management, governance, and law. CAI also advocates for legislative and regulatory policies that support responsible governance and effective management. We represent the interests of our members before the U.S. Congress, federal agencies, and other policy-setting bodies on issues such as taxes, insurance, bankruptcy reform and fair housing. In addition, state Legislative Action Committees represent CAI members before state legislatures and agencies on issues such as assessment collection, foreclosure, and construction defects. About The BBBWe are one of the leading sources for information, dispute resolution and referral in the state - acting as an intermediary to resolve disputes, thus driving communication on ethical business and consumer practices. In line with this, our overall mission is to promote the highest level of ethical conduct between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, business and consumer education, and service excellence.Supported by over 10,000 member businesses, the BBB provides reports on roughly 45,000 businesses and charities. In 2006 alone, this local BBB has received over 1,400,000 inquiries (representing over $250 million in spending), had our website accessed over 1.5 million times, and facilitated over 27,000 complaints. The BBB is governed through a diverse Board of Directors, representing local companies and charities, both large and small. As a reporting agency, the BBB works with all licensing and regulatory agencies and law enforcement, both state and federal. Some of these agencies include the FBI, Secret Service, Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Attorney General, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the US Postal Inspection Service.
