EquinoxONE founder and CEO Steve Talcott relocated in Phoenix, AZ from Colorado Springs, CO in 1991 after accepting a management offer from a major electronics semiconductor manufacturer in Chandler culminating 25 years in the Electronics Industry. In addition to holding a BSEE, Steve is also a Professional Accountant with over 30 years experience in the field. In 1998 Steve founded EquinoxONE Property Management and operated as a sole proprietorship primarily serving Rental Homes which soon expanded to Homeowner Association Property Management. Due to the explosive growth of the company the EquinoxONE LLC was formed in June of 2006. Steve currently holds a CAAM certification for the State of Arizona for property management of Homeowner Associations and is an active member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Steve's extensive knowledge of computer electronics, software technology and accounting has enabled him to leverage EquinoxONE with the very latest state-of-the-art technology streamlining business operations which has made the company the success it is today.
EquinoxONE CFO and Vice President Brenda Dentler was born and raised in Oklahoma. Brenda relocated to the Valley in 1985 and as a Professional Accountant she brings 28 years of accounting, paralegal, credit card collections and customer relations experience to EquinoxONE. Joining EquinoxONE in 1999 Brenda formerly simultaneously managed several major multi-million dollar Apartment Communities in Chandler Arizona. As a result of nearly twenty five years experience in the Property Management field Brenda is also CAAM certified and a very active member of AACM and the Community Associations Institute (CAI-Central Arizona Chapter). Brenda also brings extensive horticulture and arborist experience to the company and is able to diagnose and solve the most difficult landscaping challenges your Community may have. With an Associate Arts Degree in chemistry she is also an expert on pool chemical balance unwanted pest control and maintenance. A former Flight Attendant for a major airline Brenda is a polished multi-tasker and wears many "hats" at EquinoxONE.
